Each residence is approximately 2,700 square feet of living area with huge balconies, three bedrooms, and three and one-half baths. The Heron is our end unit, and the Kingfisher is our inside or center unit. All units are waterfront with a breathtaking water view. There are only 7.5 units per acre, compared to other developments with 15 units per acre, giving you plenty of breathing room.
